The Interior Design is nice and modern, the room is comfortable and clean.
There is a room for improvement on breakfast menu and variety, and hotel staff need to be more friendly with the guess.

The location of this hotel is great, tucked away in the back lane of Chinatown but still within walking distance to all the night markets and shops. You'll find plenty of delicious food options right at your doorstep.
Nothing to improve, everything was just alright.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kota Bharu. The location was really convenient, tucked away in a back lane but still within walking distance to the bustling Chinatown area. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and the check-in procedure was hassle-free. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I especially appreciated the powerful shower. The bed was comfortable and the room had a view, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast spread had a good selection of dishes to choose from. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
All aspects of my stay were up to par.

If you're looking for an amazing area to stay during your beach holiday, midtown area with a variety of restaurants or hawkers, this is the place. the rooms are very comfortable with modern interiors, and the bathroom is clean. the staff's service is commendable, and the breakfast buffet offers a selection of dishes with changes every day.
The parking lot might be tricky for those with bigger vehicles.

It's a one year old hotel. It's new and clean. Plus, wifi is available in the room, cool!
The room was small. Mine has a window facing another window (next door room).

I stayed in this hotel after a 10-hour long train journey. It's located in the heart of the so-called "Chinatown" area of the city, surrounded by local eateries that were still open until 10:30 pm. Though it's near the city center, the location was quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. They booked a safe parking space near the hotel entrance for my motorcycle. The room and the towels provided were clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are of good quality.
Almost perfect.

Near town and really facilities - no. The room is small and not value for money
Housekeeping intercom no one answer. Mug is not clean/stain and request for change...they need to verify before exchange. Breakfast is same type of food daily. Room is small compared to Penang price is rate is not worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially considering its price. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the basic amenities provided in the room to the efficient and friendly staff. The location, tucked away in the quiet back lanes of the Chinatown area, was perfect for exploring the vibrant midtown. I also appreciated the powerful shower in the clean and comfortable room.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
